Thank you for presenting your poster at the ROeS 2025 conference in Graz, Austria.
In addition to displaying the actual poster, we plan a plenary Poster Highlight Session where you will have the opportunity to do a quick, 90-seconds, presentation of your poster to the audience. The aim of this session is to make the audience aware of your poster and invite them to visit it or contact you.
Please find below some guidance for creating and submitting your poster for the conference.
We will have one 30-minute session in which you can present your poster. The sessions is on Monday morning immediately after the keynote presentation. You can see the session to which you are assigned in the schedule online.
We are organizing a dedicated Poster Session during the afternoon coffee break on Monday, 15th of September, where we ask you to stand next to your poster.

Size: A0 portrait orientation.
Printing: Note that there is no printing service at the conference and you will need to bring your printed poster with you.
Please submit your poster slide for the Poster Highlight Session within your ConfTool account no later than Sunday, 7th of September 2025
Please provide only one slide (no exceptions) as a PDF file in 16:9 format, i.e. export/print accordingly.
We cannot accept any other slide format since we
are combining all poster pitch slides into one presentation
We cannot accept USB sticks or files via email at the conference
The slide should include the following: poster title, author names, poster number and 3-4 headline messages to encourage attendees to visit your poster. You can also add your email address or linkedin so that attendees can contact you.
Do not use any animations
Your poster number is your abstract submission ID (see ConfTool)
The slide must be in English
Clearly identify your slide with your last name, term ‘poster’, submission ID in the filename (example: Smith_poster_ID446.pdf)

After choosing your file please upload and save the data:
